DC DUAL FORCE 24/7 BETA FAQ
WHEN WILL THE 24/7 BETA BE OPEN FOR PLAY?
The DC Dual Force 24/7 Beta will begin July 7 at 1 p.m. Eastern (US) / 10 a.m. Pacific (US). Starting at that time, players and streamers with keys will be able to play on PCs whenever they want.
WHAT PLATFORMS CAN I PLAY ON?
The 24/7 Beta will be available on PC only.
WHERE CAN I DOWNLOAD THE GAME AND GET A KEY TO PLAY?
Players can download the DC Dual Force game directly from dcdualforce.com and access the game from beta keys they receive either from participating content creators or signing up for the beta at dcdualforce.com.
WHAT SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS DOES MY PC NEED TO MEET?
The minimum PC system requirements for DC Dual Force are the Windows Vista operating system, an Intel Core I3-330M Processor, and an NVIDIA GeForce 940M graphics card.
I’VE DOWNLOADED THE GAME, AND ENTERED MY BETA CODE, BUT IT’S NOT WORKING. CAN YOU HELP?
We hope so! Please note: While you can create your account when the servers aren’t live, you won’t be able to log in to the game. You will receive a variety of errors if you try to do so. As such, if you’re having problems accessing the game before 1 p.m. Eastern on Friday, 7/7, it’s likely because the servers are not live. Please try again after the servers go online.

WHAT COUNTRIES AND LANGUAGES WILL BE SUPPORTED FOR THE 24/7 BETA?
The DC Dual Force 24/7 beta is open to all players around the world who have received beta keys. The game will be in English only.
WHAT CONTENT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PLAY?
Beta participants will be able to play through our tutorial and new player experience, battle through the first comic, bust open packs, build amazing decks around their favorite Super Heroes and Super-Villains, browse through a pool of over 300 cards, challenge the AI with their decks to fine-tune them, and play against the community and friends in unranked play.
WHAT CONTENT IS COMING, BUT WON’T BE AVAILABLE YET DURING THE 24/7 BETA?
As you might expect from a beta, there are a few core experiences that are still in development but coming soon. These include ranked ladder play, where the more you compete and win, the more prizes you can earn; Crafting, where you can turn extra cards beyond the full playset you own in a particular rarity and convert them into resources to make cards at different rarities you don’t yet own; additional comics you can play, which will be added every week; and a competitive draft mode.
More information on all these additional experiences will come shortly, but in the meantime, we hope you enjoy the chance to get closer with your favorite Super Heroes and Super-Villains – and discover new favorites – through all the cool deck construction and match play experiences available during 24/7 Beta!
DO I GET TO KEEP WHAT I EARNED AND OPENED WHILE PLAYING DURING THE 24/7 BETA?
All players participating in the DC Dual Force 24/7 Beta will receive special allotments of booster packs for each day they log in. The first day players log in, they will receive 30 booster packs to open, with an additional 5 booster packs awarded each day thereafter during the 24/7 beta. Additionally, the Green Arrow and Shazam launch mini-sets will be available to everyone participating in the 24/7 beta.
When the 24/7 Beta is over, all player accounts will be reset, and progress will be wiped so everyone can start fresh together.
CAN I STREAM DC DUAL FORCE DURING THE 24/7 BETA?
Absolutely! Feel free to stream DC Dual Force anytime during the beta, and make great video content your audiences will enjoy long after the event itself.

I’M HAVING TROUBLE USING THE STORE TO BUY IN-GAME ITEMS. HOW DO I GET HELP?
The in-game store will not be open for you to purchase items during the 24/7 beta, as we are granting players booster packs to use instead. You can still explore the store, but just not buy anything. If you’re having trouble opening packs you received from your daily allotment, please contact support at [email protected].
I’M HAVING TROUBLE ENTERING A PROMO CODE I RECEIVED FOR SPECIAL IN-GAME ITEMS! CAN YOU HELP?
We have likely deactivated that code you’re trying to redeem for items, because accounts will be wiped at the end of 24/7 Beta, and we don’t want you to lose those items when that happens. Please wait to redeem those codes until we enter Open Beta, when you can purchase items and keep everything you earn in-game.
