Gold Subscription Renewal Issue

We’ve received several reports that some of you might have experienced issues with Gold subscription renewals. There’s a complex interaction behind that with our payment partner Xsolla, and we are working to fix it durably.

In the meantime, we are going through all the accounts with renewal charges on our end to make sure we catch and fix errors. We recognize that this is potentially very inconvenient, and we want you to know that we’re 100% committed to making sure that you NEVER get overcharged for supporting us.

While we find a long-term solve, we encourage you to check your billing starting from October 7th to make sure everything is in order.
